Zumba Fitness with instructor Sandy Hill

Tuesdays, 1/3 thru 2/7, 4:30-5:30pm

Are you ready to ditch the workout and join the Zumba Party? The Zumba program is a heart pumping, exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party. Zumba’s choreography involves hip-hop, salsa, martial arts and incorporates Bollywood dance moves. Created by Grammy Award-winning producers, this fitness experience will change the way you look at working out. Since 2001, Zumba has grown and become the world’s largest and most successful dance-fitness program for all shapes, sizes and ages. Let the music move you and come join the dance party! 

Please dress appropriately: athletic shoes and workout clothing (no short shorts or half shirts, classes are co-ed). 

Out of respect to our volunteers, please be sure you can attend the programs you sign up for. If you need to cancel, 48 hours notice is required so those on our waiting lists can be notified.
